AN EXPERIMENT

Who out there feels the rush, the adrenaline surging through their veins at the sound of pounding drums, screeching guitars and bellowing vocals.
There isn't a feeling like it, is there?
WHY IS IT SO?
Who the hell knows what I'm talking about?
Try this, change the music you listen to and see what happens to you.
That's right if you listen to heavy metal try classical, if you listen to pop switch to rock, get it?
Go from one end of the spectrum to the other as far as possible, you know what I mean.
Try to listen to something auditively painful, something outside your own personal squared circle, beyond your understanding or below your personal standards.
Then see what happens.
Watch yourself, notice changes in behavior, attitude, loss of or accentuated feelings and emotions.
Trust me you will notice a difference, FOR SURE!
Music is central to our lives to our spiritual, social, moral and total development as individuals as well as members of society.
It not only effects us personally as individuals but also collectively as members of society,
It effects us positively and negatively on many levels and in many aspects of our being, this MUST be admitted.
Try it and see for yourself, the results will shock you as they did me.

THE POWER OF MUSIC

PLATO said............
"For the introduction of a new kind of music must be shunned as imperiling the whole state; since styles of music are never disturbed without affecting the most important political institutions. "
WOW! Now there's a big call, who would have thought, that that was the case...it's only music I hear you cry, to emphatically state that it's not possible for something so benign, so insignificant, sooooo good to be so powerful, so central to humanity's total existence so influential, and finally so evil.
THINK ABOUT IT!
What type of music is popular now? What effect does this music have on those who listen to it and worship it's performers as Gods.
What would actually be the soudtrack to this evil and perverse generation, and who would write such a masterpiece, if not artists who wrote songs and lived lives that personify and typify the baseness, debauchedness and complete wretchedness of this evil and perverse generation, it's shallowness, egocentrism and moral corruption.
And yet, we not only worhip these people, we shovel our hard earned money into their laps for them to continue in their soul-corrupting activities, and to maintain lifestyles which during any other epoch in history would have been regarded as libertine and perverted and frowned upon by all logical, moral and ethical members of the human race, and would be forced to carry on their perverse activities in secret, in our own times this is reversed, as we hold these morally corrupt and degenerate individuals in the highest regard, hanging on every word they say, emulating and imitating their lives, especially the youth, who listen to the philosophies of the ROCKSTARS and hold them in the highest regard, above all other authority, including parents, teachers and all other moral teachers past and present.
Music has become the centre of our lives, not a mere side show, a distratction, as it was in the past, but the main focus, it has infiltrated into every aspect of our being and existence.
We live to worship these false gods of the entertainment industry that we have created, and feed their hideous drug habbits and excess, hedonistic lifestyles.
We don't even realise what it is we're doing or who it is that we are actually paying tribute to, we fail to even acknowledge the effect it has has and is having on us and our children and on generations to come.
WAKE UP!

The art of the MUSES!

What is music?
For the ancients, it was a noble activity promoting the growth of the mind, the total individual and most importantly, the soul.
For us, the moderns, who are surrounded by it, EVERYWHERE, for EVERYTHING, it is nothing, a mere distraction, background noise, nothing more.
We don't even listen to it, it just plays, on and on and on.............endlessly, pointlessly, or does it?
We have become so accustomed to its droning, to this constant background noise, that we are no longer even aware of it, and of it's influence and effect on us and our lives.
The majority of the braindead masses of this sad excuse of humanity that we call, 'modern civilization', is no longer consciously aware of music and just how powerful it really is and what effect it actually does have on us and every aspect of our lives.
How often do any of you actually here the soundtrack of the movie that you just watched, what song was playing in the supermarket while you shopped, or in the restaurant while you ate dinner?
There is music for all, to suite all, and catered for all, no matter what your taste, preference or even state of mind.
Music has become accessible to all, both in style and of course given the advances in technology in the last few years, in actual availability.
We can now literally take music with us everywhere, all the time, NO EXCEPTIONS.
THINK ABOUT IT!
If music, was just music, would it have such a HUGE impact, influence and effect on every aspect of every persons life on this planet?
OR is there more to it?
Is there something else, something more that we are a missing, that we have not understood?
What then must we do?
